So the last thing that you should be doing everyday to lose weight is exercising. Now this may be your worst nightmare but it's so effective. You could try walking everyday non stop for half hour. Or you could try a half hour swim. Swimming is the best exercise you can do to lose weight. If you can do it everyday then you will notice the pounds drop off. When it comes to weight loss you can't beat exercise.
